This presentation is a part of the ENE Nurses Notes™ lecture series - an ongoing series of short lectures that explores the nuances of nursing and aims to share the knowledge of experienced nurses with their peers and the nursing community at large. This series covers:

Presenter:

Bethany Robertson, BSN, MSN, CNM, DNP, is an Associate Clinical Professor and InEmory Program Director at Emory's Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing. Her professional experience has been varied spanning from bedside nurse, to nurse midwife, healthcare administrator and educator. As a teacher, she sees her role as a facilitator of learning and believes everyone has an innate inquiry and desire to learn given the right environment, direction, support and resources. As a faculty, she sees her role as a partnership with students to co-produce the optimal learning experience. Bethany is a translational researcher and keenly interested in how quality and safety competencies impact patient outcomes..
