In the wake of a global pandemic and enduring stresses on the health care environment, nursing professionals need a different leadership capacity — one that challenges the historical industrial underpinnings of nursing leadership. This episode features Dr. Olga Yakusheva on Value-Informed Nursing: Building the Plan as We are Flying it. Olga Yakusheva, PhD is a professor in the Department of Health Management and Policy, School of Public Health, and the chair of faculty in the Deparatment of Systems, Populations and Leadership at the University of Michigan School of Nursing.
