In Season 2 of Conversations from the Edge, we again bring nurse leaders together to explore the unknown edges of the nursing profession and envision the bold leadership needed to push it forward. Three of the nation’s foremost thought leaders in nursing and their accomplished guests address and unpack emerging issues and present their insights. This episode features the author of “Are systems ready for nursing graduates, or are we unfairly focusing on whether graduates are ready for practice?” published in Nursing Outlook, Beth Ann Swan, PhD, RN, FAAN, ANEF. We also hear from nurse innovators and consultants, from the Arizona Health Care Workforce Grant Program: Kathy Malloch, PhD, MBA,RN, FAAN, and Kathy Scott, PhD, MPA, RN, FACHE.
